Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and there is nothing to decline later. The in-home visit and the written fixed-price proposal cost nothing, carry no obligation, and the document is yours to keep and compare against other Houston bids. We charge only for design drawings and stamped engineering when a project needs them, and we tell you that cost before any of it starts.
How long until someone contacts me?
Within one business day, and usually the same day. Submit on a Saturday afternoon and you will hear from us Monday morning at the latest. The first call is five to ten minutes: enough to understand the scope and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit and when we could start.
Why do you ask for the ZIP code first?
Because it decides whether we can do the job at all. We work inside Beltway 8 and out to about 35 miles from 77096. If your address is outside that, we would rather tell you in the first thirty seconds than take your details and waste a week of your time.
Do I need to know my budget?
No. “Not sure yet” is a real answer and a common one. A range helps us bring the right options to the visit rather than proposing something you never wanted to spend, but you are not committing to a number by picking one.
Will you sell my information?
No. We are not a lead aggregator, we do not resell enquiries, and nothing you enter here goes to a third-party contractor network. Your details are used to contact you about your project and for nothing else.
What if I just want a ballpark before a visit?
Use the cost guide and the estimator on it. It runs in your browser, needs no contact details, and will put you within 10 to 25 percent. If the range works for you, then book the visit and we will make it exact.
Can I send photos or plans?
Yes, and it helps a great deal. Reply to the confirmation email with photos, a floor plan, a survey, or a Pinterest board. If you have an architect’s drawing set, that is the single most useful thing you can send us before we come out.
When can you actually start?
Typically three to eight weeks out. Reputable Houston remodelers are booked, and anybody free tomorrow is telling you something. A bathroom sometimes slots in sooner; a kitchen waits on six to ten weeks of cabinet lead time no matter whose calendar it is on.
